Aberence assignment

I see a girl about to eat 5 smaller people. The smaller people aren't showing much emotion and neither is the girl who is eating them. Our assignment was to take a picture showing aberrance which means departure from the obvious. I thought this picture was not normal because people don't eat other human beings. I also made the smaller people have no obvious emotions because having them looking scared would make the picture a little more obvious. I tried to make the picture balanced by putting an even amount of people on the tray. I took a picture of each person individually and cropped them, made them smaller, and placed them on the tray, that the girl is holding. I think this picture is party successful. It is because the picture is not something normal or obvious and that was the assignment, but personally, it wasn't as successful as I would have wanted it to be because it has no real meaning to it. Although it might have a little bit of humor to it because its not something that we see very often, and the idea of eating little humans is unreal. But overall I think that the assignment was meant to have a meaning with aberrance. I still like my picture because I enjoyed the editing process as well as the actual photoshoot.
